Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using medcodely.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MedCodely provides online exam-preparation materials including practice questions, flashcards, mind maps, study guides, and review tools for the certification tracks listed on the site. Access to premium content requires a paid access plan.
Our interactive mind maps use React Flow (@xyflow/react), open-source diagramming technology provided under the MIT License. React Flow provides the visualization technology only and does not create or endorse our study content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Success Guarantee
All payments are processed securely via Stripe and charged in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Access plans are one-time payments with no recurring cost. Full premium content is available immediately after payment is confirmed. Because access is provisioned right away and digital materials can be consumed instantly, completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Success Guarantee — if you don’t pass, we’ll grant one additional matching access period for the same exam free, no questions asked. To claim it, take the official exam for your purchased module within 365 days of purchase and email support from the address used at checkout. No official result, screenshot, explanation, or other proof is required. The guarantee provides one complimentary access period per purchase, matches the length of the original plan, applies to the same exam and account, is non-transferable, and has no cash alternative.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including questions, explanations, study materials, layouts, graphics, and original copy, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, resell, or share substantial portions of the platform without prior written permission.
Third-party medical illustrations are an exception to these platform reuse restrictions and remain available under their respective licenses. See Medical Illustration Credits below.
6. Independence and Informational Use
MedCodely is an independent educational platform. It is not an official site of, and is not endorsed by, any certification body, school, professional association, employer, or brand referenced on the site. Brand names, certification names, and related references are used solely for descriptive and nominative purposes so candidates can understand what the study materials relate to.
7. Original Content Statement
Our study content is independently created for educational preparation purposes. We do not intend to infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary exam materials. If you believe any material on the site raises a legitimate rights concern, contact us and we will review it promptly.
8. Disclaimer
Our practice materials are for educational preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing any certification exam. Pass rates depend on individual study habits and preparation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedCodely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Medical Illustration Credits
The following third-party illustrations appear in our practice questions and study guides. Their Creative Commons licenses apply to the illustrations independently of the restrictions on our original platform content.
Servier Medical Art: Medical illustrations provided by Les Laboratoires Servier through Servier Medical Art, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Images were resized and converted to WebP; the anatomical artwork was not redrawn.
Z-Anatomy: Models and application imagery from Z-Anatomy, Lluís Vinent Juanico and Z-Anatomy contributors, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0). The application screenshot was resized and converted to WebP. Our model views select anatomical structures and apply colors, lighting and camera positions before rendering to WebP. These rendered adaptations are also available under CC BY-SA 4.0.
These credits do not imply endorsement by either source. The licenses linked above govern reuse of the respective illustrations.
Interactive Z-Anatomy models also appear in selected study notes, guides and answer explanations. Their adapted GLB files and preview images remain under CC BY-SA 4.0. See the interactive model credits, source records and downloads.
